I. RULES & REGULATION

1. Elimination rounds- Single round only

2. In case of tie Quotient system applies (win by the other)

3. Duration of games Two, 20 minute halves, 1^st half- running time

(with the exclusion of time-out)

2^nd half- cut the time (includes time outs)

4. Over time duration 5 minutes (cut the time/ 1 time out allowed)

5. Length of half time- 10 minutes

6. Shot clock- 24 seconds

7. Back court violation- 8 seconds

8. Ball in-bounding- 5 seconds

9. Player foul limits- 5 fouls

10. Bonus free throw- 7^th team fouls per half (two free throws)

11. Time outs- 2 time outs in 1^st and 3 time outs in 2^nd half

12. Default time period- 15 minutes only (20 points will be added to
